Who is Eligible?

  • Property Age: The building/home is generally required to be older than 2 years.
  • Existing System: Replacing an old or inefficient system (such as old gas ducted heating, electric resistance heating, or aging air conditioners).
  • Occupancy: Available to both homeowners and renters (landlord approval required for renters).

Eligible System Types

  • Single-Split Systems: Ideal for single rooms, bedrooms, or open-plan living zones.
  • Multi-Head Split Systems: One outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units across different rooms for tailored zone control.
  • Ducted Reverse-Cycle Systems: Whole-home climate control that can completely replace old gas ducted heaters.

Note: All installed units must be brand models listed on the official VEU Product Register and installed by an accredited provider.
