Who can apply?

All Victorian households and businesses that have an inefficient electric or gas hot water system are eligible to participate. Yup, that’s it. As long as you’ve got an old system you’ll qualify for an upgrade. Easy peasy!

Various system sizes are included. We can provide extra large tanks as well if that’s how your boat floats.

Who will install the heat pumps?

The heat pumps that are approved by the Essential Services Commission to undertake the activity and listed on the government’s Register of Products will be installed by A-grade electrician and plumber, who will provide you a certificates of compliance and safety on completion of the job.
